We produce unique ID burners.ID (Inside Deposition) HVOF guns (burners) is intended for deposition of coatings on internal surfaces.The minimum diameter of the application is 75 mm and max L=1.5 m. It will traverse 1,500 mm or 3,000 mm if you can enter the workpiece from both ends-it is an extra option.We believe that this is unique HVOF I. D. spraying system with such parameters.I.G. guns is made in two versions:-for deposition with usage of the machine tool,-for manual deposition
Examples of usage of I.D.guns of HVOFTermika-3:
-Elements a landing gear of an airplanes,
-Internal surface of barrels of extruders,-Internal surfaces of tubes,-Internal surfaces of vessels for grinding and stirring of materials.
-In addition to this, we now receive many orders from firms that produce pipes for drilling oil and gas wells.

I was hoping that you can help me. I am getting ask to spray a lot of I.D jobs now. The smallest size is 3" and the biggest would be 6" the depth i need to go in is from 2" to 14". I currently have a D.J spray set up and i was told that you system can adapt to the Diamond Jet system. This is very exciting that your company developed an I.D gun.
